ACA High School and College Achievement Scholarship Award Program
ACA is offering scholarships to local high school graduating seniors and college students with Chinese and APIA backgrounds or who are interested in serving the APIA community. All applicants must submit the required materials and complete an online application before the due date to be considered for the scholarships.
Each nominee will be required to express their college plans, career goals, and interest in serving the Asian American community in a 15-minute interview with the ACA Scholarship Awards Committee in. Finalists (Honorees) selected will be recognized and scholarship recipients will be announced at the ceremony. The format and location of both the interview and award ceremony will be announced later. Contact scholarships@acaccc.org for any questions.

ACEC/Michigan Scholarship
(American Council for Engineering Companies)
This scholarship is open to students who have worked for a consulting engineering, surveying, or architectural/engineering firm within the past 24 months. Criteria is based on GPA, work experience, school and work references and community activity. Applicants must also write an essay answering the question provided.
AES Engineering Solutions Scholarship
Our belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped. For that reason we are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted. Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.
AGMA Foundation Scholarship
The AGMA Foundation Scholarship Program is open to students interested in a career in the gear industry, and or a career in power transmission as it relates to the gear industry. Applicants must be currently enrolled, or recently accepted, as a full or part-time student in an accredited program.
ASME Scholarships
ASME Scholarships are awarded annually and recipients must be a current ASME student member to login to the online application system. Students must have established their grade point average (GPA) in their degree programs to qualify for ASME Scholarships.
Back to the Bricks Scholarship Program
Back to the Bricks® awards a total of $10,000 in post-secondary scholarships each year. The Scholarship Program provides assistance to high school seniors in Flint and Genesee County who are pursuing post-secondary study/training at a college or technical school in auto-body repair/painting, automotive design, auto mechanics, electrical/manufacturing/mechanical engineering, robotics, sales and marketing, software development for automotive applications, welding, or a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) related program.
Benjamin A Gilman International Scholarship
The Gilman Scholarship Program offers awards for undergraduate study abroad and was established by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000. This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or four-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.
CXOXchange scholarships are awarded to local college students who are pursuing or plan to pursue a degree in Cybersecurity.

- You must have at least one semester left of your degree
- Your major must be a focus in the cybersecurity industry
Dr. Adawia Alousi STEM Scholarship Fund for Muslim Women
The Dr. Adawia Alousi STEM Scholarship Fund for Muslim Women provides financial assistance to American Muslim women pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields in the United States.
Dan and Vicky Hancock Scholarship for Mechanical Engineering Excellence
The Dan and Vicky Hancock Scholarship for Mechanical Engineering Excellence, established by Dan and Vicky Hancock, provides financial support for students pursuing college degrees in the field of mechanical engineering.
A Kettering graduate, Dan enjoyed a 43-year automotive engineering career at General Motors where he served as Vice President of Global Strategic Alliance. A longtime SAE member, Dan is an SAE Fellow who served on the SAE Foundation Board of Trustees, the SAE International Board of Directors and currently serves as the SAE International President. In 2011, Dan was elected to the National Academy of Engineering – one of the highest honors an engineer can receive.

IFC Community Involvement Scholarship
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) of Kettering University wants to empower Kettering University students to become involved with their community. To empower and encourage students, IFC offers a $1000 scholarship to a student who has positively impacted the Flint community with his/her service and has ideas of how we as Kettering students can serve the people of Flint. This Scholarship is open to all Kettering students including those without Greek affiliation.
Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarships
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's scholarship programs are designed to encourage and support outstanding students who work hard and have financial need. Our scholarships provide financial assistance and academic support to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.
The Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc.
Scholarships are available for full-time students preparing for careers in the material handling, logistics, and supply chain industry. Apply using the online application. One application enables the student to compete for one of approximately 50 available scholarships offered by the Foundation.
Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation
These scholarship opportunities are meant to support female students pursuing a tech-related degree. Applicants must be a US citizen, be a current Michigan resident and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Annual awards, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 with a possibility of renewal, are awarded to high school seniors and undergraduate, or graduate, college students. MCWT engagement is a consideration, but not a requirement, for scholarship decisions. Scholarship recipients are welcome to apply for renewal in subsequent years. In addition to the financial support, scholarship recipients receive a mentor for the scholarship period and assistance finding a related internship opportunity.

Plastics Pioneers Association
Plastics Pioneers Association is offering competitive scholarships up to $3,000, directed to undergraduate students interested in careers in the field of plastics and polymers.
The SME Education Foundation scholarship program awards millions of dollars to hundreds of graduating high school seniors and current college students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or related discipline.
With more than 60 distinct scholarship programs, the Foundation provides merit and need-based scholarships, issues renewing and one-time awards, and seeks applications from all eligible students, including but not limited to young women and underrepresented communities. The Foundation has awarded 18 million to over 5,000 future industry leaders since 2005 and awards nearly a million dollars in scholarships each year.
Scholarship applications are accepted annually from November 1 – February 1. By submitting one application, you will be considered for every scholarship for which you are eligible. Awards range from $2,500 – $20,000.
The SEMA Memorial Scholarship
The SEMA Memorial Scholarship program offers financial assistance of up to $5,000 to help foster the next generation of automotive aftermarket industry leaders and innovators.
The Wilsterman Foundation
The Wilsterman Foundation is currently offering scholarship up to a maximum of $5,000 per year which can be received for up to four years. Applicants need to be students who graduated from a high school located within Genesee County, Michigan and applications can be submitted any time during the six years after they graduate high school.
