Kettering University welcomes organized groups to visit our campus. A group visit will include an admissions presentation and a 45-minute walking tour of the campus led by a current student. The admissions presentation will offer general information about Kettering University, including campus life, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

Please Note: In the event of a late arrival or inclement weather, the length of the campus tour may be adjusted.

Schedule and Visit

Scheduling:
Groups are accommodated based on availability between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To request a group visit, please complete a Group Visit Request Form at least four weeks in advance of your preferred visit date.

Canceling:
If you need to cancel your visit, please contact the Office of Admissions at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit by calling (800)-955-4464 ext. 7865 or email customerservice@kettering.edu.

Chaperones:
A chaperone is required to accompany groups during their visit. We recommend one adult for every 10 students.

Arrival:
A confirmation email with visit details will be sent prior to your scheduled visit. 

Meal Options:
Guests are welcome to bring their own lunch or purchase a meal at one of our dining facilities. For groups of more than 25 people wishing to purchase meals on campus, arrangements and payment must be made in advance. Preordered group meals will be offered at a discounted rate of $6.00 per person.
