Two Kettering University Alumni Recognized Among Top 25 Automotive Consultants and Leaders of 2024

Harris Ng ’96 is a senior partner at Kearney, a global management consulting firm working with automotive, industrial, and government clients. Ng has been recognized for his strategic guidance to automotive original equipment manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. In nearly two decades at Kearney, Ng has been instrumental in advising on business strategy, performance enhancement, and operational optimization. His leadership in electrification, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain innovation underscores his pivotal role in driving industry transformation.

While earning simultaneous Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Kettering University, Ng was President of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, President of the Student Senate, and a member of the Robot Society and the LEADERS mentorship program. Ng went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Jody Stidham ’98 is Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting and leads the firm’s global automotive practice. She has over 25 years of leadership experience and is committed to fostering innovation and delivering sustainable growth strategies for clients across the automotive landscape. She is renowned for integrating cutting-edge technologies and transformative solutions that propel automotive companies toward future success.
“I help clients define strategies and build solutions to modernize capabilities that fuel growth. With the customer at the center, I help clients reimagine the customer experience, using insights and gen AI that result in improved bottom line results,” Stidham said. “It’s been an amazing journey building new friendships, learning more than I could ever imagine, and feeling more empowered than ever to help transform the auto business with such an incredible team.”
Stidham earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems from Kettering University in 1998. As a student, she was a member of the Robot Society and the LEADERS mentorship program. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University in 2003 and studied e-commerce at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Since May 2020, Stidham has volunteered as a School of Management Industry Advisory Board Member at Kettering University.
