Freshman International student Marta Corvaglia, double majoring in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, has been selected to receive a scholarship from the Institute of International Education through its emergency student fund. 

A native of Italy, Marta has been involved in student organizations and clubs at Kettering including the International Club, Society of Professional Hispanic Engineers and Black Unity Congress.
