Jordan Howell (’20), an Actuarial Science and Industrial Engineering student from Jamaica, has been selected to receive a scholarship in the amount of $2,500 from the Institute of International Education’s Emergency Student Fund. The award is designed to help a select number of international students cover their living expenses for Summer 2020.
Jordan has served as the President of the International Club, is a Kettering Student Government minority student representative and was Vice President for Black Unity Congress. He currently serves as a member of Kettering’s Robot Society, National Society of Black Engineers and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. He is also a member of the Jamaican Alumni Association.
