Lori Flees

Valvoline announced Lori Flees as their incoming CEO effective October 1, 2023. Flees has served as President of Valvoline Retail Services since April 2022 leading the Company's operations and driving top and bottom-line growth to new record levels for over 1,700 Company-owned and franchised service center locations and nearly 300 Valvoline Express Care locations. Flees also guided the separation of Valvoline’s retail services and global product segments. She will continue in her role as President, in addition to serving as the Company's CEO.
