Meet The Dining Team
Creative Dining Services is headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan, and currently serves more than 80 accounts with a mix of corporate and university dining services. Creative Dining aims to provide a great dining experience for everyone on campus.
Mike Rourke
Mike Rourke is the on-site food service director. In his role with Creative Dining Services he leads innovative menu conception based on health, wellness and sustainability. He has worked as a food service leader, earned top certifications in safety and sanitation practices, and has executive chef experience.
Brandon Grzegorczyk
Executive Chef Brandon Grzegorczyk is in charge of the kitchen. Chef Grzegorczyk, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Business Management from the Culinary Institute of Michigan, has worked as executive chef, a coffee roaster, barista and sous chef.
Sydney Fletcher
Sydney Fletcher is the Catering Manager. In this role, she manages group meal orders for campus departments, groups, clubs and events. Sydney loves experiencing interactions with all different walks of life all coming together to create a seamless dining experience.
Tracy Peters
Tracy Peters is the Retail Manager. In this role, she oversees multiple food service stores on campus. Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in customer and food service and retail certification.
