The 21-acre Mobility Research Center is a state-of-the-art proving ground that includes a 3.25-acre customizable all-weather test pad built to race track performance specifications with low-speed handling loops, elevation and surface change with diverse testing environments and fully customizable with straightaway distances of up to 500-ft.

The Harris Mobility Research annex is a 3,000 sq. ft facility with secured and private spaces for prototype development. The Research Annex is temperature controlled with a single drive-thru bay and a heavy duty two-post vehicle lift.
The facility includes Level-II EV charging options and supports various fuel sources, including gasoline, propane, natural gas, and hydrogen.
