SAC Presents Mike Chrzanowski '90, President and CEO Yamaha Motor Corporation

A -Section Kettering Student Alumni Council is pleased to host alumnus Mike Chrzanowski '90, President and CEO of US and Canada Yamaha Motor Corporation, for a special lunchtime presentation: "A Career Journey And Growth Challenges That Will Propel You Forward."
For nearly 20 years, Mike rose through the ranks at the Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America (YMMC) at Yamaha’s largest U.S.-based manufacturing facility located in Newnan, Georgia. Starting in 2001 as Plant 1 manager, he eventually became president of YMMC in 2017. His work has facilitated many milestone production accomplishments, including the one-millionth Golf Car, one-millionth ATV, and over 4 million vehicles from the Newnan facility.
Mike is a founding member of Yamaha’s Global Manufacturing Committee and Vice Chairman of Global Executive Transformation for Manufacturing. At YMUS, he started the Demand Chain Division to optimize the company’s supply and demand chains while increasing Yamaha and customer value. Before joining Yamaha, Mike spent several years at GM Delphi Thermal Systems in various engineering roles.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and dual
master's degrees in mechanical engineering and management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
