Kagle Leadership Initiatives provides a great opportunity for Kettering University students to work with the students in Flint and surrounding communities.

Community Tutoring is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during weeks 2-9 of Fall, Winter and Spring terms, from 6-8 PM.

The START Program (Successful Tools for Achieving Realistic Targets) is geared toward 8th grade students as part of a high school readiness course. The workshops run for 8 weeks and are led by Kettering University Coaches.

Attendance at the Tutor/Coach Orientation is mandatory for anyone interested in participating in the Community Tutoring or START programs. Applications can be found at www.kettering.edu/kagle in the "Join Us" section.

For more information or to RSVP, contact djohnson@kettering.edu. Please RSVP by Wednesday, October 9.

We will meet in the Women's Resource Center, 3rd floor CC at 12:20. Lunch will be provided.
