Business Administration

Kettering University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program provides students with an educational experience that enables graduates to perform as effective management professionals and leaders in modern organizations.  By focusing on innovation and blending engineering, technology and business acumen our MBA program prepares leaders for tomorrow’s organizations that facilitate the development and marketing of complex services and solutions.

The core curriculum provides you with a real-world preparation for the global economy with an opportunity for on-campus students to experience full-time internship, but a Kettering MBA offers much more — especially for those interested in pursuing careers within the industrial, manufacturing or health care fields.In this manner, you can select certificate courses with contemporary curricula in engineering and management including

  • Supply Chain & Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Operations Management
  • Healthcare Management
  • Global Leadership
  • General Management 

The program contains seven (28 credit hours) core courses spanning major functional and tool disciplines of Business Administration including accounting, finance, management, marketing, and strategy that provide insights into all the critical functions of an organization with the flexibility to customize the program by selecting courses in project management, leadership, or international business.

The embedded certificates (12 credit hours) within the degree allow the additional opportunity of customization and specialization. Students complete one of five approved certificates, each of which comprises three graduate level courses in business and engineering.

Students may start this program in any term. This graduate program does not have a thesis option.
