The Community Service Office provides all students with opportunities for philanthropic and volunteer service opportunities to benefit the local and regional communities. You can also register at the HandsOn Genesee Volunteer site to gain access to other opportunities around the community.

Do you need volunteer or community service hours? Interesting in Michigan history? The "Lone Wolverine Exhibit," an exhibit featuring Michigan’s last Wolverine, is taking place at Courtland Center Mall in Burton daily from 10am-8pm. Volunteers are needed for any amount of time to be with the exhibit and hand out information. Contact Mona Miron with the Burton Area Historical Society, (810)962-5122.

If you are a student that has performed any volunteer service in the 2013-2014 year, you are invited to join the College Town Collaborative and Flint Corps in our Volunteer Recognition event. The event will be held April 26, 2014, from 12:00-4:00pm at Flint's Historic Berston Fieldhouse. Please RSVP by April 19, 2014 at www.handsongenesee.org under the events section.
