Mechanical Engineering Co-op Experience

A unique and exciting feature of being a student at Kettering is taking part in the paid cooperative education program, a requirement for graduation.  As a student you will gain two and a half years (5 co-op terms) of paid cooperative work experience in your field of study. This vital experience will immediately and competitively set you apart from other recent engineering graduates, resulting in an exceptional springboard into a competitive and lucrative career.

Co-op employers also benefit by employing Kettering Mechanical Engineering students. They gain access to engineers-in-training that are responsible, bright, and mature, and who progressively gain relevant and useful experiences as they progress through the program.
