Innovation and Entrepreneurship Minor

Kettering University's minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship gives students the skills and knowledge needed to start new business ventures and to create innovative new products and services in existing firms. The minor comes in response to a growing interest among students in technology focused universities to turn new technology into for-profit and non-profit enterprises.

This minor also complements extra curricular activities on campus and the University's efforts to support new business creation in mid-Michigan. The courses cover topics such as:

  • Managerial Accounting
  • Management Concepts
  • Introduction to Marketing
  • Business Law
  • Innovation and New Ventures
  • Intrapreneurship and Innovation Development
  • Financial Markets
