Formal Interview Day – Friday, November 7, 2008

During the Co-op Employment Fair on November 7, 2008, organizations are encouraged to schedule interviews for Formal Interview Day.

  • Cooperative Education Employment Fair - Thursday November 6, 2008
    • 9:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Employer Display Set-up
    • 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Employer Luncheon
    • 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Employment Fair
  • Formal Interview Day – Friday November 7, 2008
    • 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast
    • 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Scheduled Interviews   
    • 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch (schedule time at your convenience between the hours listed)
• Pricing: Fees cover both days and includes one table and two chairs on fair day, and one table and three chairs on interview day.
• First two representatives are $150
• Each Additional Representative(s) is $25
• Each Additional Table is $50
• No charge for additional chairs if needed
• Table size is 3’ wide x 6’ long and will be covered with a white table cloth.
• Check-in on Campus will be held in the Great Court of the Campus Center.  Kettering staff will assist you in unloading materials and escort you to the appropriate location.  If materials were shipped to Kettering, they will be delivered to your table at the fair.
• Employer Reception following the co-op fair (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) will be at Redwood Lodge.
• An employer luncheon will be available on the Employment Fair Day and on the Formal Interview Day.  A lite continental breakfast will be available on Friday before interviews.
• Electrical outlets on the fair day are limited.  Priority will be given to those who indicate the need for electricity in the order the registration is received.  Electrical outlets are intended for display use only.
