$100,000 fuel cell funds

Kettering University is one of only four institutions in Michigan to benefit from educational grants from NextEnergy, a non-profit corporation in Detroit. Kettering will receive $100,000 to further its fuel cell and alternative energy efforts.

During their first year FOLA presented a lecture by Dr. Luchen Li to honor John Steinbeck's 100th Anniversary, purchased a digital camera for the Library and Archives, held a book sale and silent auction to raise funds, and sponsored the "Research Revolution" film festival on campus.
