Needs Analysis Process
At Kettering University, we strive to offer our corporate partners the perfect training or course to meet each and every need of their employees. In order to meet this goal, Kettering is proud to offer our needs analysis process. Through the needs analysis process, our course developers will meet with the corporate partner to ask all of the needed questions to assure that the finished product accurately and effectively meets each and every need of the student. Our goal is to provide education and training that will be both effective and beneficial for immediate use in the workplace.
The outcome of the analysis would identify if Kettering has an existing course that would meet the needs of the company or if a customized course would need to be developed. The results of the analysis will then be developed into a training plan for the company, specifically identifying which immediate needs Kettering can meet, as well as any future endeavors that Kettering may be able to work on in conjunction with the corporate partner.
Kettering is the only program of it’s kind to conduct an in-depth needs analysis of this magnitude and is also the only school which takes the approach of finding out the needs of the client first and then developing or enhancing the course according to those needs as a result.
