Full-Time Telephone Operator for the University - July 23
We are excited to announce that beginning Monday, July 23, at 8:00 a.m. all incoming calls on the 762.9500 and the 800-955-4464 lines will be answered by our full-time telephone operator, Michell Thompson.
The hours of operation will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
In order for all calls to be routed efficiently, please make sure that you have updated your contact information in Banner Web.
It would also be helpful to our callers if your voice mail box was set up and included your name, department name, and your work hours. It is particularly helpful if you are going to be out of your office for an extended period of time, such as a vacation or a conference, that you include a temporary greeting.

While we would be happy to assist you in directing your calls, our focus is on our external customers. The faculty and staff directory is available for internal use and is located at http://www.kettering.edu/faculty-staff/directory and is searchable by first name, last name, extension, or by department.
